Join us in Brecon this August for the 25th anniversary celebrations.
This year HSBC Brecon Jazz celebrates with its traditional mix of jazz legends and new talent. To reach its 25th anniversary with an international reputation for artistic excellence is a great testimony to all those who have been involved since 1984. Awarded the 'Best Major Event' accolade in the 2007 National Tourism Awards, the Festival has become a distinctive jazz event in a stunning location with talented musicians and visitors coming to Brecon to experience its special ambience.

Many of Brecon's favourites are returning to celebrate the festival's anniversary: Jazz legends Lee Konitz, Mark Murphy, Louis Hayes and Joe Temperley as well as popular Brecon regulars, Jools Holland, Scott Hamilton and Martin Taylor. Newcomers to the festival include Neil Cowley, Joan Armatrading and Wales' own Cerys Matthews. We have a superb Stroller Programme this year, bigger than ever and great value with lots of surprises. Details will be published on the website and in the festival souvenir guide.

Ymunwch â ni ar gyfer y dathliadau penblwydd yn 25 ain.
Y flwyddyn hon, mae Jazz Aberhonddu HSBC yn dathlu gyda chymysgedd traddodiadol o fawrion y byd jazz yn ogystal â thalentau  newydd. Mae cyrraedd penblwydd yn 25 oed gyda enw rhyngwladol am ragoriaeth celfyddydol yn dystiolaeth i'r rheini sydd wedi bod yn gysylltiedig â'r wyl ers 1984. Ennillodd yr Ŵyl y wobr "Digwyddiad Pwysig Gorau" yn y Gwobrau Twristiaeth Cenedlaethol 2007; mae'r Ŵyl yn ddigwyddiad jazz unigryw mewn lleoliad prydferth gyda cherddorion talentog ac ymwelwyr yn dod i Aberhonddu er mwyn profi'r awyrgylch arbennig
 
Mae nifer o ffefrynau Aberhonddu yn dychwelyd i ddathlu penblwydd yr Ŵyl: mawrion jazz fel Lee Konitz, Mark Murphy, Louis Hayes a Joe Temperley, yn ogystal a ffyddloniaid Aberhonddu fel Jools Holland, Scott Hamilton a Martin Taylor. Fe fydd Neil Cowley, Joan Armatrading a'r Gymraes Cerys Matthews yn ymweld â'r Ŵyl am y tro cyntaf. Mae'r rhaglen Crwydro yn fwy nag erioed eleni, gyda digonedd o ddigwyddiadau annisgwyl. Fe fydd manylion yn cael eu cyhoeddi ar y safwe ac yng ngofraglen yr Ŵyl.
